Vacuum Truck Coordinator Madre Integrated Engineering Oil & Gas
Madre Integrated Engineering is seeking a Vacuum Truck Coordinator to oversee vacuum truck operations and lead the vacuuming team. This role involves planning resources, managing work orders, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols in an operational environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate vacuum truck operations and lead the vacuuming team.
- Plan resources, receive work orders, and arrange PTW and required isolations.
- Monitor vacuuming activities across plant equipment, machinery, confined spaces, and work-at-height areas.
- Ensure safe operation, scheduled maintenance, and proper handling of vacuum truck accessories.
- Monitor waste collection, quality, quantity, and disposal according to procedures.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and report unsafe acts, conditions, and incidents.
- Conduct effective shift handovers and respond to emergency situations.
Required:
- 5+ years of work experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an operational environment, preferably in the steel industry.
- Experience coordinating Super Sucker/vacuum truck operations.
Qualifications:
High School or Technical Diploma/Certification.
Skills Required:- Valid Qatari Light Vehicle Driving License.
- Basic computer skills.
- Required safety certifications including PTW, LOTO, Confined Space, Work at Height, and Defensive Driving.
- Strong communication, leadership, problem solving, and safety awareness.
