Director Stakeholder Engagement - Qatarization

We are seeking a dynamic and highly influential leader to drive strategic partnerships, stakeholder engagement, and relationship management initiatives across the organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and strengthening relationships with government entities, strategic partners, industry leaders, investors, and other key stakeholders. This role requires exceptional relationship management capabilities, executive presence, and the ability to represent the organization at the highest levels.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, International Relations, Public Policy, Economics, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in Strategic Partnerships, Corporate Affairs, External Relations, Stakeholder Engagement, Business Development, Government Relations, or related fields.
• Proven experience engaging with C-suite executives, government officials, board members, and senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of the Qatar and GCC business landscape.
• Demonstrated success in building strategic partnerships that have delivered measurable organizational value.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, influencing, and presentation skills.
• Established network across Qatar and GCC markets is highly desirable.
