Job DescriptionThe incumbent will support the delivery of FDI growth, co-lending initiatives, and sector-based financing solutions by providing business analysis, process improvement, and transformation support across key regional markets.
The role acts as a bridge between Business, Risk, Credit, Operations, and Technology teams to translate strategic objectives into effective lending capabilities, processes, and systems.
The incumbent will contribute to the enhancement of:
- Credit frameworks
- Lending platforms
- Portfolio analytics
- Lending processes
- Customer experience
The role will also involve identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and client experience.

Up to QAR 25,000 per month - Health Insurance:

2 weeks at 100% pay4 weeks at 50% pay6 weeks unpaid
- Maternity Leave: 14 weeks of maternity leave.
- Joining Kit: USD 100 joining allowance per joiner.
