Junior Business Analyst – Data & AI

CEREBRUM is looking for a Junior Business Analyst with a curious mindset, strong analytical thinking, and a creative approach to problem-solving.

We are looking for someone who enjoys understanding how businesses work, identifying challenges, asking the right questions, and turning ideas into practical solutions.

You will work closely with our consulting, technical, and delivery teams on Data, Analytics, and AI projects, helping translate business needs into clear requirements, solution concepts, and meaningful outcomes.

• Business Analysis: Engage with stakeholders to understand business processes, challenges, objectives, and opportunities for improvement.
• Requirements Gathering: Support workshops, stakeholder interviews, and discovery sessions to collect, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Creative Problem-Solving: Challenge existing approaches, explore alternative solutions, and contribute innovative ideas to address business challenges.
• Process Analysis: Analyze current workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements through technology, automation, and AI.
• Solution Design: Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and solution concepts.
• Data & Insights: Analyze information, identify patterns, interpret findings, and communicate insights that support business decisions.
• Documentation: Prepare business requirements documents, process flows, presentations, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Testing & Validation: Support user acceptance testing (UAT), validate delivered functionality, and ensure solutions meet business expectations.
• Research & Innovation: Research emerging technologies, industry trends, and AI use cases to identify opportunities for customers.

• 0–2 years of experience. Fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply.
