Coordinate PTW activities for the Project, liaising with contractors and operations to manage work fronts, communicate daily plans, ensure compliance with Company HSE standards, and identify and mitigate safety risks in accordance with PTW procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure HSE and worker welfare compliance across construction activities.
- Coordinate and audit contractor PTW activities, ensuring compliance with project and OPCO requirements.
- Manage daily PTW meetings, work-front interfaces, permit prioritization and task sequencing.
- Maintain PTW registers, certificates, audit records and KPIs, implementing corrective actions.
- Brief the Head of Construction on planned permits, standing instructions and SIMOPS conflicts.
- Track permit validity, ensure effective stakeholder communication and maintain PTW documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering.
- Minimum 8 years of Oil & Gas experience in large-scale construction projects.
- Experience with oil and gas operators, contractors, service providers or heavy construction companies.
- Proficient written and spoken English.
- Advanced computer, keyboard and standard software skills.
- Basic knowledge of financial and budgetary processes.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and information-sharing skills.
- Effective planning, organisation, teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.
- High standards of ethics and integrity.
