We are seeking an accomplished and commercially driven Head – IT Staffing & Managed Services to lead business growth, strategic client relationships, and operational excellence across IT staffing, manpower outsourcing, and managed services operations.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal leadership role in driving revenue growth, expanding the client portfolio, strengthening service delivery capabilities, and ensuring sustainable business profitability through strategic planning, effective stakeholder engagement, and operational performance management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Technology, or a related discipline; an MBA or relevant Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum 10 experience in IT Staffing, IT Manpower Outsourcing, Managed Services, or IT Services Business Management.
- Established track record in business development, client acquisition, revenue generation, and strategic account management within the IT services industry.
- Demonstrated experience managing IT staffing operations, outsourced technical resources, and large-scale client engagements.
- Proven capability in leading managed services operations, service delivery frameworks, and SLA/KPI-driven business engagements.
- Strong commercial background in contract negotiations, tender management, pricing strategies, and business profitability.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial planning, budgeting, revenue forecasting, cost management, and operational performance.
- Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams, client portfolios, and business operations.
- Strong understanding of IT outsourcing business models, workforce deployment, contractual compliance, and service delivery management.
- Established ability to develop strategic client relationships, expand business portfolios, and deliver sustainable revenue growth.
