Mandatory requirements:- Proven exposure to Mastercard ICCP, ICMP, Smart Data.
- Solid analytical and portfolio-management skills with measurable success in driving GDV and revenue growth
To accelerate the growth and innovation of clients Corporate & SME Cards portfolio through commercial payment solutions - In Control for Commercial Payments (ICCP), In Control for Mobile Payments (ICMP), Smart Data ERPs integrations, C2A solutions etc.
The role blends:
1) product management and
2) business development, focusing on virtual-card adoption, and portfolio growth (GDV, active usage, and customer acquisition).
- Manage end-to-end continuous corporate cards payment solutions product development, including testing, implementation, and client enablement.
- Oversee ICCP, ICMP, APIs, Batch payments, ERPs and expense-management integrations to streamline client payment automation.
- Collaborate closely with IT, and Banks internal stakeholders to deliver compliant, scalable, and high-performing solutions.
- Prepare business cases, market insights, and progress reports for senior management
- Identify and convert business opportunities to achieve GDV growth KPIs, portfolio penetration, and revenue targets.
- Drive commercialization and client adoption of corporate payment solutions (ICCP, ICMP, Smart Data).
- Lead high-impact presentations and business reviews with C-level executives at key corporate clients.
- Support RM teams with technical and commercial proposals for large corporate or institutional clients.
- Act as Corporate Cards RM for key accounts - own corporate cards portfolio.
Experience:
Must have criteria:
- Proven exposure to Mastercard ICCP, ICMP, Smart Data.
- Solid analytical and portfolio-management skills with measurable success in driving GDV and revenue growth
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills, comfortable engaging at C-suite level
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- GCC experience in a large bank handling Corporate Payment Solutions
- Bachelors degree
- 7+ years of experience in corporate/commercial card products.
- Ability to work cross-functionally across business, operations, IT and external partners.
- Ability to communicate in Arabic as a plus, not mandatory
- Experience with TSYS Prime
