• Supervise daily operations of the organization
• Monitor staff performance and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Coordinate training sessions for employees as needed
• Prepare reports on employee performance, attendance records, etc.
• Develop strategies to improve customer service standards and resolve customer complaints in an efficient manner

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred but not required
• Proven experience as a supervisor or relevant role is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate team members and lead by example
