Senior Business Development Analyst

- Conduct market research and feasibility studies to identify new business opportunities across commercial, retail, mixed-use, and real estate assets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, occupancy levels, rental benchmarks, and customer behavior to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare business cases, financial models, and basic cost-benefit analysis for new developments, leasing opportunities, asset enhancement initiatives, and investments.
- Develop presentations, proposals, reports, and investment memorandums for management, investors, and business partners.
- Identify and evaluate opportunities to maximize asset value, revenue generation, footfall, tenant mix, and customer experience.
- Support leasing, commercial, and operational teams in assessing new revenue streams and business initiatives.
- Recommend innovative commercial products, services, and solutions to enhance asset performance and profitability.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure business development initiatives and change management processes align with organizational objectives.
- Maintain business opportunity pipelines, project trackers, deal databases, competitor intelligence, and market reports.
- Support the Business Development Manager in evaluating, prioritizing, and monitoring ongoing commercial projects and strategic initiatives.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc reports on asset performance, leasing activities, occupancy, revenue growth, and key business development initiatives.
- Monitor project progress and provide recommendations to improve commercial performance and operational efficiency.
- Ensure confidentiality of all company, client, tenant, and commercial information.
