Business Development Executive

Reporting to: VP Business Services

• Identify and acquire new clients for staffing, recruitment, and manpower outsourcing services.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Understand client workforce requirements and propose suitable staffing solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
• Negotiate contracts and close business deals.
• Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure service delivery.
• Achieve sales targets and grow outsourcing revenue.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development within staffing, recruitment, manpower outsourcing, or workforce solutions.
• Proven experience in client acquisition, lead generation, and revenue generation.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience in preparing proposals and closing contracts.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
• Preferred:
  Valid driving licence and Qatar market experience.
