HSE Coordinator

Our client, a leading contracting company in Qatar, is looking for a competent and experienced HSE Coordinator to oversee and lead a team of HSE Officers on‑site. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a solid background in implementing and monitoring HSE policies within large‑scale civil construction projects.

Full‑time, 1‑Year Contract

Working Days:
Saturday to Thursday

Monthly Salary: QAR 6,500 (Full Package)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate the HSE team to ensure compliance with project safety requirements.
• Minimum 10 years total, with at least 3 years in a coordination role.
• Implement and monitor the company’s HSE management system across project sites.
• Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
• Deliver toolbox talks and HSE training programs for workforce and supervisors.
• Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare and submit detailed safety reports and documentation to management.

Requirements:

• NEBOSH‑certified (completed before 2022) with strong knowledge of international HSE standards.
• Proven track record of leading and mentoring HSE Officers in construction environments.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and team management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and ensure consistent implementation of safety policies.
