Site Coordinator

Job Summary

The Site Coordinator – Ready Mix Concrete is responsible for coordinating ready-mix concrete deliveries at construction sites, ensuring the correct quantity, quality, and timely supply in coordination with the batching plant, QA/QC team, site engineers, and transport team.

• Coordinate daily ready-mix concrete supply between site, batching plant, and dispatch team
• Receive concrete at site and ensure compliance with approved mix design, required quantity, and delivery schedule
• Verify delivery notes, batch tickets, and pour schedules
• Monitor slump, temperature, and basic on-site quality checks in coordination with QA/QC
• Ensure proper placement, pouring sequence, and discharge time as per project specifications
• Liaise with site engineers, supervisors, and foremen regarding pour requirements
• Report any delays, rejections, or quality issues immediately to the batching plant and management
• Maintain accurate daily records of:
  • Concrete pours
  • Quantities supplied
  • Truck movements
  • Rejected or returned concrete
• Ensure compliance with HSE rules during concrete pouring operations
• Coordinate with pump operators and transit mixer drivers for smooth site operations
• Assist in resolving site issues related to access, pumping, or congestion

• Strong coordination and follow-up skills
• Basic understanding of concrete quality control
• Ability to work under pressure during major concrete pours
• Knowledge of site safety procedures
• Basic reporting and documentation skills

Valid driving license (Qatar preferred)
