The roleWe are seeking a qualified Lifting Trainer for immediate deployment to Qatar. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals passionate about safety and training in the onshore construction industry.
Main Responsibilities & Key Result Areas- Provide competent training courses and assessments for Ener Mech clients in the Middle East region, Ener Mech training centers, and clients' worksites in onshore/offshore locations.
- Deliver training and assessments, a customized and focused coaching and assessment program for site rigging/lifting supervisors currently employed by various contractors on the North Field Expansion (NFXP) onshore construction project.
- OPITO certification or equivalent (e.g., ECITB, NVQ, OSHA, LEEA, NSL)
- Strong knowledge of onshore construction activities
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
- Proven experience in lifting operations training within onshore construction environments
- Ability to deliver high-quality training and assessments
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Adequate command of languages commonly spoken in India, Pakistan, and Nepal is essential
