DescriptionHiring:
Quantity Surveyor (Marble & Granite Works)
We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor with experience in marble and granite supply & installation projects.
Job Responsibilities- Prepare quantity take-offs and material estimations for marble and granite works
- Prepare BOQs, quotations, and variation claims
- Monitor project costs, budgets, and material usage
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams
- Evaluate contractors and supplier quotations
- Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years experience as a QS (marble/granite or fit-out works preferred)
- Strong knowledge in quantity take-off, material estimation, and cost analysis
- Experience in BOQs, pricing, and variations
- Qatar/GCC experience is required
- Willing to relocate to Riyadh, KSA
- Valid and transferable visa
