Key Responsibilities
- Manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Follow up the project with client.
- Ensure details and design are going as per approved shop drawings from Kuwait’s office.
- Daily reports for project and current progress to Kuwait’s office.
- Monitor progress, address issues, and adjust plans as needed.
- Conduct site visits and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Repair and present project reports.
- Oversee resources, mitigate risks, and lead project meetings.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of local construction regulations and best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and foster collaboration.
- Experience required 7 to 10 years.
