Construction Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a multifunctional site supervision team responsible for delivering diverse building and infrastructure projects in line with client requirements.
• Oversee overall construction management, execution, and project control activities.
• Manage key stakeholder interfaces, including client departments, government authorities, contractors, and consultants.
• Monitor contractors’ performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations, project specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
• Track construction progress and ensure adherence to approved schedules and project milestones.
• Ensure successful delivery of projects within time, budget, quality, and safety targets.
• Optimize resource allocation to meet current and future project commitments.
• Drive team performance and maintain effective coordination across all project disciplines.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent (BSc/BEng/BA or related qualification).
• Chartered status preferred.
• Minimum 15+ years of overall experience, including at least 5 years in a similar role on major Building and Infrastructure projects.
• Mandatory experience working with Main Contractor companies in Qatar or GCC.
• Strong expertise in construction methodologies, project controls, quality management, and health & safety standards.
• Proven track record in delivering large-scale building construction projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and team coordination skills.
• Ability to build strong client relationships and contribute to business growth opportunities.
• UPDA/MMUP Grade A or Any Grade registration in Qatar is preferred.
