Project Manager – High Rise Towers

Our client is a subsidiary of a well-established diversified business holding group who seek to recruit 2 x Project Managers to their Property Firm for a major high rise tower project in Doha valued s role will work specifically across the structural and finishing stages of the project as the project is currently under construction. There are a total of 8 towers with one Project Manager on each Tower.

• Monitor the operations of all contractors and ensure all contractors are coordinating at the site level for finishing elements specifically.
• Review, monitor and update the weekly submittal schedule report.
• Review the accuracy of all contractors daily, weekly and monthly reporting.
• Monitor site logistics arrangements; site security operations; delivery and storage of equipment and materials on site.
• Assist the HSE staff to enforce environmental, health and safety standards at all times.
• Proactively intervene to prevent delay and disruption; provide solutions to site coordination issues; monitor and record delays on deliverables from consultant and contractors.
• Monitor the performance of the supervision consultant, and the compliance of contractors with approved method statements.
• Expedite issues of NOCs and other permits and licenses.
• Maintain log of all contractors major equipment on site.
• Participate in the prequalification and selection of contractors.

• Degree qualification in Construction / Engineering / Architecture or comparable experience considered.
• 10+ years' experience with at least 7 years' experience on major commercial projects. High rise experience is essential.
• Must be able to drive projects for performance results and display proven leadership abilities.
