Civil Engineer

Civil Engineer (Doha, Qatar)

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join our team in Doha. The role requires at least 3 years of professional experience and we are open to foreign candidates.

The Civil Engineer will design, develop, and manage construction projects. Responsibilities include supervising contractors and subcontractors throughout the construction process, communicating effectively, and ensuring adherence to technical and safety standards.

• Develop detailed plans and designs for civil engineering projects
• Estimate costs of civil engineering projects and negotiate contracts with contractors
• Inspect construction sites to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet specifications
• Ensure safety regulations are observed during all phases of construction
• Prepare reports, analyses, and recommendations regarding civil engineering issues

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent knowledge of design techniques, tools, principles, regulations, and codes related to civil engineering projects
• Understanding of construction processes, including foundation design, steel structures, reinforced concrete structures, etc.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD software is an asset
