Construction Manager vacancy in Doha Qatar

Construction Manager for Contract Project in Doha, Qatar. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our contract project in the bustling city of Doha, Qatar. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to procurement and execution. This position is ideal for an individual with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in managing successful construction projects.

• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure efficient completion of the project
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of the project
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
• Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and safety standards
• Manage procurement processes and negotiate contracts with suppliers
• Oversee quality control measures to ensure work meets high standards
• Maintain communication with clients regarding project updates and changes

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
• Knowledge of construction processes and techniques, as well as local building codes and regulations
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a diverse team
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.

This job is based in Doha, Qatar.

Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract.

A free visa will be provided for non-Qatari nationals. A ticket will also be provided for travel to Doha at the beginning of the contract period.
