Project Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager, Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines and resource allocations.
• Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders ensuring clear communication and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build detailed cost estimates, monitor expenditures and manage the overall project budget to prevent cost overruns.
• Track project progress, manage dependencies and adjust schedules to keep project timelines on track.
• Identify potential project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies to minimize impact on deliverables.
• Lead cross‑functional teams by facilitating collaboration and ensuring accountability for project tasks and milestones.
• Supervise day‑to‑day on‑site civil works such as earthworks, foundations, utilities and structural operations.
• Perform quality inspections and ensure strict adherence to local building codes, national safety protocols and environmental standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 15+ years of hands‑on experience managing complex projects within the relevant industry.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly preferred to validate expertise.
