Overview
We are seeking an experienced Estimator and Project Manager with a strong background in interior fit-out and joinery projects. The role involves cost estimation, project planning and ensuring successful project execution within budget and timelines.
Responsibilities- Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and review tender documents and drawings.
- Plan and manage project schedules, resources, and materials.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Monitor project progress, cost control, and quality standards.
- Conduct site visits and resolve technical or operational issues.
- Evaluate quotations and ensure competitive pricing.
- Prepare progress reports and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and client requirements.
- Manage project handover and final documentation.
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in interior fit-out and joinery projects.
- Strong knowledge of estimation, BOQ preparation, and project management.
- Ability to read drawings and technical specifications.
