Our construction company is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This position is suitable for men with a biometric passport and accommodation will be provided. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and previous experience working on large-scale projects.
Responsibilities- Develop project plans and schedules
- Manage project budgets and track expenses
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Oversee subcontractors and vendors
- Communicate with project stakeholders including clients, architects, engineers, and suppliers
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to senior management
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the construction process
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality standards are being met
- Maintain accurate project documentation
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in project management software
- Experience working on large-scale projects
- Familiarity with Indian construction market preferred
The salary for this position is $1,500 per month.
