Position: Required Foreman

Overview

The Foreman role is a critical on-site leadership position responsible for overseeing daily construction operations across ongoing projects in the GCC region. This role ensures that all work is executed efficiently, safely, and in alignment with project specifications, timelines, and quality standards. The Foreman serves as a key liaison between management, engineers, subcontractors, and the workforce, driving productivity, maintaining site discipline, and ensuring compliance with safety and construction protocols.

This is a high-impact position ideal for a hands-on professional seeking to advance their career in the dynamic GCC construction industry.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise construction workers and assign daily tasks based on project needs
  • Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed on schedule
  • Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to maintain workflow alignment
  • Ensure all construction activities meet required quality and safety standards
  • Manage manpower, materials, and equipment effectively on-site
  • Maintain discipline, motivation, and productivity among the workforce
  • Interpret and apply construction drawings and site instructions accurately
  • Provide daily progress reports to project management
  • Identify operational challenges and implement timely solutions
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant worksite at all times
Qualifications
  • Proven experience working as a Foreman in civil construction, infrastructure, or commercial building projects
  • Solid understanding of site supervision, construction methods, and project execution
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage teams and coordinate multiple site activities efficiently
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and construction standards (including OSHA or equivalent)
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet strict project deadlines
  • GCC construction experience is highly preferred
  • Proficiency in reading construction drawings and site documentation
