- Supervision
:
Lead scaffolding crews in the safe erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding structures. - Planning
:
Organize daily scaffolding tasks, allocate manpower, and ensure adherence to project schedules. - Compliance Monitoring
:
Ensure scaffolding activities comply with CISRS standards, project specifications, and offshore safety requirements. - Inspection Support
:
Coordinate with scaffolding inspectors to verify scaffold safety and rectify deficiencies. - Documentation
:
Maintain records of scaffolding activities, inspection reports, and safety permits. - Safety Enforcement
:
Enforce offshore HSE standards, PPE usage, and permit-to-work systems during scaffolding operations.
- Diploma/Certificate in Construction/Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5–7 years of offshore scaffolding experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of scaffolding design, load calculations, and offshore safety standards.
- Ability to read and interpret scaffolding drawings and project specifications.
- Familiarity with CISRS, ISO, and NOC standards.
