The Tender Estimator plays a critical role in the successful bid submission for major civil construction and infrastructure projects. This position is responsible for delivering accurate, competitive, and compliant cost estimates by analyzing tender documents, conducting detailed quantity take-offs, and coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors. The ideal candidate will support project teams throughout the tendering lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions while maintaining robust cost databases and risk assessments.

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for civil construction and infrastructure projects
• Review tender drawings, BOQs, specifications, and contract documents
• Conduct quantity take-offs and price materials, labor, and equipment
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive quotations
• Prepare professional tender submissions and commercial proposals
• Support project teams with budgeting and cost planning activities
• Evaluate project risks, timelines, and overall feasibility
• Maintain updated records of pricing, tender documents, and cost databases
• Ensure all tender submissions meet client requirements and deadlines
• Collaborate closely with engineers, project managers, and procurement teams

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in tender estimation or construction costing
• Proven experience in civil engineering, infrastructure, and construction projects
• Strong knowledge of quantity surveying, BOQ preparation, and project budgeting
• Proficiency in estimation software, AutoCAD, and MS Office applications
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple tenders and work effectively under pressure
• Proactive and detail-oriented work approach
