Role Summary
Responsible for managing and overseeing all on‑site construction activities associated with the delivery of an airport cargo terminal project, ensuring works are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and monitor all site construction activities.
- Review and track the Main Contractor's programme, milestones, and KPIs.
- Coordinate site logistics and construction interfaces with contractors and stakeholders.
- Support HSE and Quality teams to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Oversee construction progress and resolve site‑related issues and constraints.
- Coordinate testing and commissioning activities and support project handover.
- Interface with airport authorities, operators, consultants, and contractors.
- Attend project meetings and provide regular progress updates and reports.
- Minimum 10–15 years' construction management experience on major infrastructure projects.
- Proven experience delivering airport cargo terminals, logistics facilities, or aviation infrastructure projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and contractor coordination skills.
Degree in civil engineering.
