The role involves developing and implementing HSE management systems, conducting audits, monitoring performance, and providing training to project personnel. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and have at least 15 years of experience in HSE management in the construction or oil and gas industries.
The ideal candidate should possess NEBOSH Level 6 Diploma or equivalent, with a proven track record in the Middle East construction market.
