Construction Manager

We are hiring a highly experienced and skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Doha, Qatar.

• Develop project plans and schedules ensuring all stakeholders are informed and involved throughout the process.
• Manage project budgets and track expenses to ensure projects stay within budget.
• Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment needed for each project.
• Monitor progress of construction projects and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion.
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality, address any issues or delays, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Communicate with clients, contractors, and team members to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or issues that arise.
• Hire and manage subcontractors as needed for specific tasks or phases of the project.
• Maintain accurate project documentation including contracts, change orders, progress reports, etc.
• Ensure all relevant permits and licenses are obtained for each project.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, equipment, and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficient in project management software such as Primavera or MS Project.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle tight deadlines.
• Indian nationality preferred.
