Foreman / Site Supervisor

For a Contracting Company in Qatar

We are looking for an experienced Foreman / Site Supervisor with strong practical experience in construction sites, capable of supervising workers, following the Site Engineer’s instructions, organizing daily site activities, and ensuring proper workmanship and site safety.

• Supervise workers and subcontractors on site on a daily basis.
• Follow and execute the Site Engineer’s instructions.
• Monitor excavation, steel reinforcement, formwork, concrete, blockwork, plastering, and finishing works.
• Ensure required materials, tools, and equipment are available before work starts.
• Organize workers and assign tasks according to site priorities.
• Maintain site cleanliness and safety.
• Report any site issues, material shortages, or execution mistakes to the Site Engineer.
• Prepare the site before consultant inspections and concrete casting.
• Monitor workers’ attendance and daily productivity.
• Send daily photos and site updates to the Site Engineer or management.

• Practical experience in construction and building sites.
• Good knowledge of concrete, steel reinforcement, formwork, blockwork, plastering, and finishing works.
• Ability to lead workers and organize daily site activities.
• Basic understanding of drawings or ability to follow engineer instructions accurately.
• Strong personality and site discipline.
• Good knowledge of site safety procedures.
• Ability to solve daily site problems quickly.
• Punctual, serious, and committed to work.
• Previous experience in Qatar or the GCC is preferred.
• Qatar driving license is an advantage.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in building construction sites.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication with engineers, workers, and subcontractors.
• Full commitment to site working hours and responsibilities.

• Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage teams and ensure high-quality performance on site.
• Excellent communication skills for clear interaction with team members, management, and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management tools to track progress, schedules, and budgets efficiently.
• In-depth knowledge of construction safety regulations to maintain a secure work environment.
• Problem-solving skills to promptly address and resolve any issues that may arise during construction.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings for accurate project execution.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively on site.
