Job Overview
The Operation Manager will oversee the overall operations of construction projects, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company standards and Qatar regulations. This role involves leading project teams, coordinating with stakeholders, managing resources, and ensuring timely and cost-effective project delivery.
Responsibilities- Oversee overall operations of construction projects.
- Lead project teams and coordinate with stakeholders.
- Manage resources and ensure timely, cost-effective project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and Qatar regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field.
- Minimum 15 years in construction industry, with at least 10 in a managerial/operations role.
- Strong knowledge of Qatar construction laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Proven experience managing multiple large-scale construction projects simultaneously.
- Experience with commercial, residential, industrial, infrastructure, or mixed‑use developments.
- GCC experience, preferably in Qatar, is highly preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong financial and project management acumen.
- Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools, and construction‑related software.
- Fluent in English;
Arabic is an advantage.
