MEP Estimator

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented professional to join our team and support the successful delivery of major construction and infrastructure projects.

• Prepare and review commercial submissions, including BOQ pricing and detailed rate analysis.
• Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to identify cost risks and discrepancies.
• Obtain, evaluate, and negotiate material and subcontractor quotations.
• Develop competitive cost estimates while identifying value engineering and cost-saving opportunities.
• Assess project cost risks, contingencies, and allowances.
• Prepare cost comparison reports, variance analysis, and management summaries.
• Ensure all estimation records, rate analysis, and correspondence are properly documented and archived for future reference.
• Participate in internal review meetings to align project costing with strategic pricing decisions.

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.

• 7–10 years of proven experience in MEP estimation, tendering, and budgeting for large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
• Hands-on experience estimating complete MEP works for commercial, residential, hospitality, healthcare, industrial, and infrastructure developments.

• Strong expertise in BOQ analysis, cost estimation, and rate build-up.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, cost estimation software, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Sound knowledge of tendering procedures, contract conditions, and project documentation (FIDIC knowledge is an advantage).

• Excellent analytical, numerical, and reporting skills.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
