Project Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and evaluate tender documents, contracts, and variations.
• Manage pre- and post-contract activities including cost estimation, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Conduct detailed measurement and valuation of works in line with contract conditions.
• Prepare interim payment applications, final accounts, and claims.
• Provide cost advice and value engineering throughout project stages.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on all contractual and commercial matters.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, project standards, and legal requirements.
• Prepare reports and present financial updates to senior management.

• Qualifications:
  
  Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent from a reputed university with strong academic standing. RICS/AIQS accreditation preferred.
• Experience &
  
  Skills:
  
  Minimum 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in GCC or international projects. Strong background in oil & gas sector projects. Proven expertise in both pre- and post-tender works on high-value projects within reputable contracting companies. Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in relevant QS software/tools.
• Age Requirement: 35 – 45 years.
