Construction Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of construction projects from initial planning to final execution ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Oversee on‑site construction activities ensuring compliance with technical specifications, blueprints, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with project specifications and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety and quality standards, addressing any issues proactively.
• Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and making adjustments as necessary to avoid cost overruns.
• Meet regularly with clients, third parties, and other managers to report on progress.
• Regularly review timings, budget, labour, risk, and project plans to ensure work stays on track.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 14 years of hands‑on experience in construction management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Possession of relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) is highly regarded.
• Experience in the specific type of construction (e.g., residential, commercial, industrial) relevant to the projects managed.
