Estimator; Architectural​/Interior Fit

Job Description

We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Estimator (Architectural / Interior Fit-out) in Qatar.

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for architectural and interior fit-out projects.
• Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and cost breakdowns.
• Coordinate with procurement and project teams for pricing inputs.
• Analyze material, labor, and subcontractor costs.
• Participate in tender submissions and bid evaluations.
• Maintain estimation databases and historical cost records.
• Support project management teams with budget forecasting.

• Quantity Estimation – Accurate project cost calculations.
• BOQ Preparation – Development of detailed quantity take-offs.
• Interior Fit-out Knowledge – Understanding of finishes and fit-out materials.
• Tendering & Bidding – Preparation of competitive proposals.
• AutoCAD & Drawing Interpretation – Reviewing architectural drawings.

• Gulf estimation experience.
• Knowledge of commercial fit-out projects.
• ERP or estimation software exposure.

Candidates should possess relevant experience in architectural and interior fit-out estimation. Typical experience range for this role is 5–10 years in construction, fit-out, or contracting environments. Experience in GCC projects is preferred.

• Minimum: B.E /
  
  B.Tech Civil Engineering or Architecture (Typical).
• Preferred:
  Master's Degree or Project Management Certification.

• Estimation, Quantity Surveying, or AutoCAD Certifications.
