Construction Site Supervisor

We are hiring a Construction Site Supervisor to oversee and manage the daily operations of our construction site in Doha.

Location:

Doha.

• Supervise and coordinate all construction activities on site
• Ensure adherence to project plans, specifications and safety regulations
• Monitor progress and provide updates to project managers
• Manage labor and materials to ensure efficient use of resources
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise on site
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
• Maintain accurate records of all activities on site

• Proven experience as a Construction Site Supervisor or similar role
• Knowledge of construction processes, building codes and safety regulations
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to read blueprints and drawings
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management software
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or relevant field

Salary: $1400 per month. Accommodation not provided.

Type of Employment:
Part-time (flexible working hours).

Not required, but prior experience is an advantage. Nationality:
Indian preferred. Language:
No English required; basic communication skills preferred.
