UCC Holding is seeking an experienced Lead Quantity Surveyor specializing in high-end fit-out projects in Doha, Qatar. You will oversee all commercial activities from pre-contract to final account and lead a team of QS professionals.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience in commercial, hospitality, retail, residential, or interior fit-out projects, with a proven track record in lead/senior QS roles and strong negotiation skills. Qatar-based parity and a proactive approach are valued.
