A dynamic and growing Real Estate Development Company in Doha is seeking a skilled Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in land surveying and be able to work independently. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys of land and properties, analyzing data, creating maps and plans, and providing accurate measurements for construction projects.

• Conduct surveys of land and properties using specialized equipment
• Analyze data and create accurate maps and plans
• Provide precise measurements for construction projects
• Ensure all survey work is completed within project timelines
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accuracy of survey results
• Keep detailed records of all survey data and findings
• Adhere to all safety protocols during survey work

• Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Surveyor in the real estate or construction industry
• Strong knowledge of land surveying techniques, equipment, and software
• Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Fluency in Malayalam preferred
• Knowledge of Arabic is a plus
