HR Specialist – Land Surveyor – Doha

We are seeking an experienced Land Surveyor for a full-time position in Doha with a salary of 1600. We are willing to consider an immigrant for this role.

As the Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for performing land surveys, mapping field boundaries, and researching land records. You will also ensure that the measurements taken meet all legal requirements.

• Conducting land surveys using modern survey technologies
• Analyzing survey data to create maps and other documents
• Collecting field measurements such as distance, elevation, angle and size of a site or area
• Calculating exact positions of boundaries or points in space
• Investigating land records such as deeds, titles and boundary lines
• Ensuring accuracy of measurement data taken in the field
• Preparing reports on findings or observations made during surveys
• Consider environmental factors when carrying out surveys in order to minimize environmental impact

• Bachelor’s degree in Land Surveying or related field preferred but not required
• 3+ years of experience in land surveying/mapping is required
• Knowledge of surveying equipment (e.g., total station) and related software is essential
• Strong mathematical aptitude with excellent problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
