Fit-Out SupervisorWe are looking for an experienced Fit-Out Supervisor to join our team and supervise interior fit-out and finishing works across our projects. The ideal candidate should have a Civil Engineering background, strong site supervision experience, and the ability to coordinate workers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate all interior fit-out and finishing works on site.
- Monitor daily site activities and ensure work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Supervise works including gypsum, ceiling, partitions, flooring, tiling, painting, carpentry, joinery, doors, furniture installation, and other finishing works.
- Coordinate with Civil, MEP, Interior Design, subcontractor, and project teams.
- Ensure materials, manpower, equipment, and tools are available according to the work schedule.
- Monitor subcontractors and site workers to ensure productivity and quality standards.
- Review drawings and identify any site discrepancies or technical issues before execution.
- Ensure work is completed within the agreed project schedule.
- Conduct regular quality inspections and ensure proper workmanship.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager/Site Engineer regarding daily progress and site requirements.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports when required.
- Ensure proper implementation of health and safety procedures on site.
- Monitor material usage and minimize wastage.
- Attend site meetings and coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors when required.
- Ensure snagging and rectification works are completed before project handover.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Experience5–10 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out, construction, finishing, or related projects.
Skills & Requirements- Strong site supervision and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of interior fit-out construction methods and materials.
- Ability to read and understand architectural and civil drawings.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Good communication and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Knowledge of site safety procedures.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.

- Candidate must currently be available locally.
- Candidates with relevant fit-out industry experience will be given preference.
- Immediate or short-notice availability is preferred.
