- Lead the end-to-end delivery of luxury hospitality, hotel, resort, and mixed-use development projects from design through handover.
- Oversee site operations, construction management, and project execution to ensure delivery within approved scope, budget, quality, and timelines.
- Manage and coordinate consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project objectives are achieved.
- Develop and monitor project budgets, cost plans, cash flow forecasts, and value engineering initiatives.
- Ensure effective contract administration, claims management, variation control, and commercial performance.
- Drive project governance, risk management, and mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, investors, operators, and development teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor compliance with local regulations, health & safety standards, quality requirements, and company policies.
- Lead project reporting, executive presentations, and stakeholder communication at senior management level.
- Manage multidisciplinary project teams and provide leadership to ensure high performance and successful project delivery.
- Support procurement strategies, tender evaluations, contractor selection, and contract negotiations.
- Ensure successful project commissioning, operational readiness, and handover to the operator/client.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related discipline.
- Minimum 15-20 years of experience in project delivery, with at least 10 years managing large-scale hospitality and luxury hotel developments.
- Proven experience delivering high-end hospitality, resort, luxury hotel, mixed-use, or branded residential projects.
- Strong background in site operations, contractor management, project controls, cost planning, budgeting, and commercial management.
- Extensive regional experience within the GCC and Middle East.
- Sound knowledge of FIDIC contracts, construction methodologies, project management practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders, consultants, operators, and contractors in complex environments.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and decision-making skills.
