We are a leading construction company based in Doha seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team
The ideal candidate should be an Indian national with strong English speaking skills and a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing construction projects
Responsibilities- Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to execution
- Develop project timelines budgets and resource allocation plans
- Coordinate with architects engineers contractors and other stakeholders to ensure project progress and quality standards are met
- Monitor and track project progress identify potential issues and implement solutions
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure project is on track and safety protocols are being followed
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
- Manage project budget and approve expenses
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws regulations and building codes
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Experience working on large scale projects
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proficient in project management software
- Knowledge of local construction laws regulations and building codes
Salary $900 per month
