About the RoleThe Facility Supervisor will serve as the primary on-site resource at the client site/office in Qatar, managing all facilities operations to ensure a safe, compliant and uninterrupted business environment. The role covers planned and reactive maintenance, vendor coordination, HSE compliance, financial administration and CAFM data management.
Key Responsibilities- Own and manage the client's PPM (planned preventive maintenance) schedule; dispatch and close tasks within the CAFM/CMMS system (REALM) to ensure 100% visibility.
- Ensure all maintenance covering MEP, HVAC, Fire and Life Safety, and UPS/Generators is statutory and OEM-compliant.
- Review service reports, track defect/snag closures and maintain an accurate, up-to-date site asset register.
- Conduct on-site supervision of works, perform quality checks, sign off on service dockets and ensure the site is returned to operational standards.
- Facilitate the creation of Purchase Requisition s (PRs/POs), conduct vendor inductions and contribute to local vendor performance reviews.
- Maintain all necessary permits, risk assessments and incident reports; support site drills, toolbox talks and implementation of corrective actions.
- 3+ years of experience in a Facilities Management or engineering environment.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of MEP systems, HVAC, Fire and Life Safety, UPS/Generators, planned and reactive maintenance, and CAFM/CMMS systems.
