Site Supervisor

Madre Integrated Engineering | Full time

Oversee site activities during night operations, ensuring productivity and adherence to schedules.

Assign tasks, monitor progress, and manage manpower on site.

Ensure construction works meet approved drawings, specifications, and standards.

Enforce HSE policies, conduct toolbox talks, and ensure compliance with Qatar government safety approvals.

Prepare daily progress and incident reports for submission to project engineers and managers.

Address site issues, defects, and rework requirements during night operations.

Verify availability of materials, tools, and equipment for uninterrupted night shift work.

Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (preferred).

Minimum 10
years’ experience as Site Supervisor / Foreman in large‑scale construction projects.

Previous Qatar government project approvals (mandatory).

Strong knowledge of construction methods, finishing works, and site execution practices.
