HSE Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor HSE policies procedures and site safety plans
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify potential hazards and risks
• Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations project requirements and safety standards
• Prepare and maintain risk assessments method statements toolbox talks and HSE reports
• Investigate accidents incidents and near misses and recommend corrective actions
• Conduct safety inductions training and toolbox meetings for site personnel
• Monitor contractors and subcontractors to ensure safe working practices
• Coordinate with project management engineers and site teams regarding HSE matters
• Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with safe work procedures
• Maintain HSE documentation inspection records and incident reports
• Support emergency preparedness and conduct emergency drills when required
• Promote a strong safety culture throughout the project

• Requirements Bachelor s Degree Diploma in Engineering HSE or a related field
• Relevant HSE certification such as NEBOSH IOSH is preferred
• Proven experience as an HSE Engineer in high-rise building or major construction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and risk management
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• UAE GCC project experience is preferred
• Candidates available immediately or within 30 days are preferred
• Requirements:
  
  Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Engineering, HSE, or a related field.
• Relevant HSE certification such as NEBOSH / IOSH is preferred.
• Proven experience as an HSE Engineer in high-rise building or major construction projects.
