JOB LOCATION DUBAI

• Plan nbsp and nbsp manage nbsp site nbsp logistics nbsp operations nbsp for nbsp high-rise nbsp construction nbsp projects
• Coordinate nbsp material nbsp delivery nbsp schedules nbsp to nbsp ensure nbsp timely nbsp availability
• Supervise nbsp loading nbsp unloading nbsp and nbsp storage nbsp of nbsp construction nbsp materials
• Ensure nbsp proper nbsp site nbsp access nbsp traffic nbsp management nbsp and nbsp crane lifting nbsp coordination
• Liaise nbsp with nbsp procurement nbsp project nbsp team nbsp subcontractors nbsp and nbsp suppliers
• Monitor nbsp and nbsp control nbsp inventory nbsp and nbsp stock nbsp levels nbsp on-site
• Implement nbsp logistics nbsp plans nbsp site nbsp layout nbsp and nbsp material nbsp flow nbsp strategies
• Ensure nbsp compliance nbsp with nbsp UAE nbsp safety nbsp regulations nbsp and nbsp company nbsp HSE nbsp policies
• Optimize nbsp use nbsp of nbsp equipment nbsp manpower nbsp and nbsp transport nbsp resources
• Maintain nbsp records nbsp of nbsp deliveries nbsp dispatches nbsp and nbsp logistics nbsp reports
• Resolve nbsp any nbsp logistics-related nbsp issues nbsp or nbsp delays nbsp promptly
• Support nbsp project nbsp timelines nbsp by nbsp ensuring nbsp efficient nbsp supply nbsp chain nbsp management

• Minimum5yearsofUAE, India or any GCC experienceinconstructionlogistics
• Mandatoryexperienceinhigh-risebuildingprojects
• Diploma/Degreein Logistics,Supply Chain,orCivil Engineering
• Strongknowledgeofconstructionmaterialsandsiteoperations
• FamiliaritywithUAEauthorityregulationsandsafetystandards
• Excellentcoordination,communication,andleadershipskills
• Abilitytoworkunderpressureandmeettightdeadlines
• ProficiencyinMSOffice(Excel,Word)
