- Own BOQ coding quantity take-off and full tender preparation in CCS
- Build bespoke RFQ packages specifications drawings BOQ and contract terms
- Coordinate with contracts teams to secure back-to-back fixed-price terms
- Lead technical and commercial tables of comparison with subcontractors
- Chair subcontractor meetings on scope programme method and contract compliance
- Present weekly tender reports to the Board and final reviews to the tender committee
- Develop and execute bid-winning strategy across live tenders
- Hold cost-per-sqm and unit-rate KPIs to protect winning margins
- Own the full top sheet direct and indirect costs risk overhead escalation finance tax
- B.Sc in Civil Engineering from a US or UK accredited university
- Experience at an international prime contractor on projects of $200m+ or more
- GCC project experience across major infrastructure or high-rise developments
- Hands-on BOQ coding in CCS, quantity take-off and RFQ package preparation
- A track record leading tender teams and presenting to Board or tender committee level
- Long-tenured career history with recognised construction firms
