Part-Time Construction Manager (Doha, Qatar)

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Part-Time Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Doha, Qatar. As the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a part‑time position with a flexible schedule.

• Manage and coordinate all phases of the construction process from planning to completion
• Review project plans and specifications to ensure they meet design requirements and comply with building codes
• Prepare project schedules and monitor progress to ensure timely completion
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting for each project
• Hire and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and other personnel involved in the construction process
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality of work, and safety compliance
• Address any issues or delays that may arise during construction and implement effective solutions
• Ensure all projects comply with local regulations and safety standards

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred

The salary for this part-time position is $1300 per month.
