Job Summary We are looking for an experienced
* Site Engineer – Aluminum & Façade
* to supervise and coordinate the execution of aluminum and façade works at project sites in Qatar. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in aluminum and façade installation, strong site coordination skills, and the ability to ensure projects are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor aluminum and façade installation works at site.
- Review and interpret approved shop drawings, architectural drawings, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Ensure all works are executed according to approved drawings and project specifications.
- Monitor installation of curtain walls, aluminum doors and windows, glazing, cladding, louvers, and other façade systems.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure quality workmanship.
- Coordinate site measurements, material requirements, and installation activities.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed within the required schedule.
- * Identify technical/site issues and coordinate with the relevant teams for timely resolution.
- * Coordinate inspections with consultants and ensure closure of comments and observations.
- * Supervise site workers and subcontractors and ensure proper manpower utilization.
- * Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports.
- * Ensure compliance with project quality and HSE requirements.
Requirements
- * Bachelor’s/Diploma in
* Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field*. 3–5 years of relevant experience
* in aluminum and façade projects. - * Strong knowledge of façade systems, aluminum works, glazing, curtain walls, and cladding.
- * Experience in site supervision and project coordination.
- * Ability to read and understand technical and shop drawings
- * Good communication and problem‑solving skills.
- * * Valid Qatar Driving License is mandatory.*
- * Candidates currently available in Qatar are preferred.
- * Ability to join immediately or within a short notice period is an advantage.
Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month License/Certification:
