1. Mechanical Construction Manager / Project Manager – 1 Positio
We are looking for a strong, hands-on Mechanical Construction/Project Manager who can take complete ownership of site execution and report directly to top management
The project is already fully mobilized, with approximately 250–300 personnel currently on site, including engineers, supervisors, QS, document control, HSE, skilled workers and supporting manpower
The selected candidate will be expected to:
- Take overall control of day-to-day site execution and productivit
- y Lead, coordinate and drive the entire site team to achieve daily, weekly and monthly target
- s Coordinate professionally with the client, consultants and other stakeholder
- s Manage installation activities related to RO systems, vessels, Dual Media Filters (DMF), piping and mechanical equipmen
- t Coordinate scaffolding, lifting, loading/unloading and heavy-equipment activitie

- Monitor completed quantities and ensure proper documentation for timely progress billing/invoicin

- s Identify delays, bottlenecks and site constraints and drive immediate solution
- s
- Coordinate engineering, construction, QS, HSE and document control team

- Maintain professional correspondence with the clien

- Submit clear progress and productivity reports directly to senior managemen

- Take ownership of schedule, productivity, progress and project deliverable
This is a site-execution leadership role. We need someone who can take charge of an already-mobilized team of 250–300 personnel, drive productivity, maintain strong client coordination and convert site progress into measurable and billable quantities
