Construction Manager - Doha, Egypt
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Doha, Egypt. As the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This includes planning, budgeting, scheduling, and supervising the construction process.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and supervise all construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Review and approve project plans, budgets, timelines, and progress reports
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards on job sites
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications
- Provide regular updates on project status to senior management
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, materials, and equipment
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively liaise with various stakeholders
- Good leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
